Data Deletion Request for "Fieldguard" Application

If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data collected and processed by the "Fieldguard" application, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Please send an email to: support@fieldguard.com.ua

In the subject line of your email, please state: "Fieldguard Data Deletion Request".

In the body of the email, please provide the following information to help us identify your data:

• Your "User Identifier" (Nickname/Name) if you activated a license key.
• If possible, the Stable Device ID that was used with the application (this information might be difficult for a typical user to find, so please provide any other information that might help, such as the approximate date of registration or key activation).
• Any other information that can help us uniquely identify your data.

We will review your request and contact you if additional information is needed for verification.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize the following types of data associated with your device and/or user identifier:

• Your User Identifier (Nickname/Name).
• The FCM Token associated with your device.
• The Stable Device ID.
• Your subscription information (type, status, trial period dates, associated license key).
• Your list of selected regions for alerts.

Please note: General alert notification history stored on our server is anonymized with respect to specific users once their identifying data is deleted. This aggregated history may be retained for statistical and historical purposes but will no longer be linked to you or your device.

Request Processing Time

We will make every effort to process your data deletion request within a reasonable timeframe, typically no more than 30 days from the receipt of all necessary information for your identification.

Some data may be retained for a short additional period in backup systems until overwritten according to schedule.
